Breakfast:

  • 500ml H2O
  • 500ml TeaMix
  • 500ml Chocolate Shake

Miscelanous :

  • 2 litre H2O
Lunch:
  • Vege Tomyam

Tea Time:

  • 1 cup of oat + chocolate powder
  • 1 litre H2O
Dinner:
  • 500ml chocolate shake
Miscelanous (nite):
  • 1.5 litre H20
